Estonian Air improves onboard services
Starting from 9 February 2010, Estonian Air is serving to all its Economy Class passengers complimentary refreshments: snacks, coffee, tea, water and juice on longer flights, and coffee, tea and water on flights which are shorter than one hour.
Those Economy Class passengers, who would like to have more than lights snacks in addition to the free refreshments, have a possibility to pre-order hot meals.
Hot meal can be ordered on Estonian Air homepage at least 48 hours before the departure for Estonian Air regular flights that last at least 1.5 hours.
It is still possible to buy from the Buy-on-Board menu snacks, beverages and alcohol drinks.
"As a service company, Estonian Air’s staff is working hard to offer a pleasant flight experience and to make the flight a desired event from the moment, when the decision is taken to use the services of our airline," explained Anne Nurmik, Customer Service Director of Estonian Air.
Passengers with classical Business Class and Flexible Economy Class fare tickets are served cold or hot onboard meals; the menu depends on the time of departure and flight duration.
Estonian Air passengers' food is served by Airo Catering Services Eesti, which belongs to the LSG Sky Chefs group. LSG Sky Chefs group comprises one third of the world’s onboard menu market.
