If you wish to return an item purchased from our Flight Shop (except cosmetics and perfumes, tobacco and alcohol), please return the article in its original packaging together with your receipt and a short explanation of your dissatisfaction to the above address. We regret that we are not able to offer any replacements or refunds on board.
