Ticket Office
SAS Ticket Office is located in the Departure Hall of Terminal 5. Ticket Office opens 2 hours before scheduled departure of Estonian Air flight.

Passenger Check-in
Check-in is available all day. Check-in closes 35 minutes before scheduled departure for passengers with hand baggage only and 40 minutes before scheduled departure for passengers with baggage to check in. You can also check in via Estonian Air web page or by using self service check-in kiosks at the airport.

Business Lounge
Estonian Air Business class passengers and SAS EuroBonus Gold card holders are welcome at SAS Business Class Lounge located in Terminal 5 between piers A and B on level 4.

Ground Transportation (41 km from the city centre):
 

• Airport Coaches (Flygbussarna) to the city centre depart every 10-15 minutes;
• Arlanda Express train to Stockholm Central Station leaves every hour; journey time 20 minutes;
• taxis;
• rental cars.
