Ticket Office
Air Agencies Ticket Office is located in Departure Hall 3.Ticket Office opens 2 hours before scheduled departure of Estonian Air flight.
Passenger Check-in
Check-in opens 2 hours and closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure in Hall 1. You can also check in via Estonian Air web page or at the check-in kiosk at the airport.
Business Lounge
Estonian Air Business class passengers and SAS EuroBonus Gold card holders are welcome at KLM Crown Lounge located in transit area on upper level near gates B and C.
Ground Transportation (17.5 km from the city centre):
- about 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam Central Station, railway station is located on the lower level of the airport;
- Schiphol Sternet bus no 197 leaves every 10 minutes, bus stop is in front of the Arrival Hall, and it takes about 35 minutes to get to the city centre;
- about 20 minutes by taxi.
