No ticket office at the airport.

Passenger Check-in
Check-in starts 2 hours and closes 30 minutes before scheduled departure in Terminal A.

Business Lounge
Estonian Air Business class passengers and SAS EuroBonus Gold card holders are welcome at Karl Jatho Lounge located in landside between Terminals A and B.

Ground Transportation (11 km from the city centre):
 

• bus station is in front of Terminal C;
• train line S5 leaves every 30 minutes from Terminal C, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to Hannover Central Station;
• about 20 minutes by taxi to the city.
