Online check-in is a fast and convenient way to check in for your flights.
Online check-in enables to:- Check in yourself and passengers travelling with you
- Select your seat on the plane
- Print your boarding pass
- Insert your EuroBonus card number
- When is online check-in available?
Passengers can check in 22 hours before scheduled departure. Online check-in closes:- 1 hour before scheduled departure in Amsterdam, Berlin, London and Vilnius
- 1,5 hours before scheduled departure in Tallinn, Tartu and Kuressaare
- 2 hours before scheduled departure in Brussels
- Can I check in online with baggage to be checked in?
Passengers with both checked and cabin baggage can check in online. Checked baggage must be checked in at baggage drop-off desk at the airport on the day of departure. Baggage drop-off desk closes 45 minutes before scheduled departure.
- Who cannot use online check-in?
The following categories of passengers have to check in at the airport:- Passengers with paper ticket;
- Unaccompanied minors;
- Passengers with an extra seat;
- Passengers with special luggage;
- Passengers with pet;
- Passengers with special needs;
- Group, where is more than 9 passengers;
- Passengers travelling to destinations that requires valid visa;
- Passengers who take a charter flight.
- How to check in online?
To check in, you have to take the following steps:- Identification
- Booking selection
- Passenger selection
- Confirmation
- Boarding Pass printing
Optionally, you can also use the following service: - Seat change
Identification
For identification you need to enter:
- Surname: as it is written on the booking confirmation.
- Board point: The airport name where you take the first plane of your journey.
In addition to surname and board point, on of the following must be entered to retrieve your booking:
- Record locator: A 6 letters and digits code (e.g. Y2KP3D)
- Ticket number: A 13 digits number
- Credit card or debit card: The number of the credit or debit card that has been used to book the journey. The number is just for identification purpose and will not be stored nor used to withdraw money.
- Frequent Flyer number: The frequent flyer number of one of the passengers of the booking.
The identification will succeed only if the form of identification is present on the booking.

Only airline and airline partners frequent flyer cards can be used on the airline. If your frequent flyer programme does not appear on the list, you must use another mean of identification to retrieve your booking.Booking selection
What is booking selection?
You may have more than one booking retrieved. In this case, you have to select the booking you want to check in. If you have only one booking, you will not see this screen.Passenger selection
Why some passengers cannot be selected?
Some passengers may already be checked-in or these passengers request extra-services only available at the airport. These passengers are displayed for information purpose but no modification can be made for these passengers.

If you are traveling with other people that are on the same or another booking, you can add them in order to check-in and seated together. These passengers must have the same journey and the same class than you to be accepted on the check-in process.Confirmation
Why my frequent flyer does not appear?
The frequent flyer is displayed if it has been found on the booking. If you cannot see it, it means that the frequent flyer is not on the booking. You can add it by clicking on the "add frequent flyer" buttonWhy I can't select some flights?
Some flights are on different airlines and cannot be checked-in online. You need to go to the airport to check in these flights.Boarding Pass printing
Why can't I print some boarding passes?
Some security requirements may forbid us to print boarding passes. In this case, the security reason is displayed next to the passenger name. You are still checked in and you can collect your boarding passes at the airport under completion of the security requirements.Seat change
How can I select a seat?
To select a seat, you have to select a passenger on the left column and then select an available seat on the seatmap. You can do that for all the passengers of the party and then confirm the new seat or cancel the seat change and return to the confirmation page with the seat where you were previously seating.Why my seat change as not been validated?
It may happen that while you were selecting your seat, another passenger requested the seats you selected. In this case, other seats have been given to you and you can go back to the seatmap to request other seats.
Another reason is that you swapped seats between the different passengers of the group. You should instead keep your seats and change them when you are on the plane.
